Privacy policy
Last updated: June 2026
This page explains, in plain language, how DraftIQ handles the information you provide. DraftIQ is currently in closed beta, so this policy may be updated as the product evolves.
What we use your information for
DraftIQ uses the details you enter — about your client, the project, the problem, the work you delivered and the results — to generate proof packs (case study PDFs, website copy, social posts, sales emails and related sales assets).
What you should avoid uploading
Please do not upload confidential client information unless you have permission to use it. Where possible, anonymise client details (for example, "a local roofing company" instead of the client's real name).
Reviewing AI output
AI-generated content can contain mistakes. You should always review every generated proof pack before sharing it with a client, prospect or on a public channel.
Account information
We store basic account information such as your email address so you can sign in and so we can apply usage limits to your plan. Saved proof packs are stored on your account so you can access them later.
Selling data
DraftIQ does not knowingly sell user data.
Questions
